    Returns and Refunds

    Is something not right and you want to return and get a refund? Worry no more because we are ready to help you! Your satisfaction is the most important for us.

    Returns are free and can be done by email or simply chat us.

    Returns and refunds can be made if you meet these criteria:

    • You need to keep the receipt and show it to us as a proof of purchase on all miniletics return items.
    • The products you return need to be in a clean condition, unwashed, and have the original tags/labels still attached. The package also needs to be in a good condition. Products that do not meet these requirements cannot be returned and refunded.
    • Products can only be returned and refunds are eligible within 30 days after you receive your order. Make sure to contact and send the product to us before the returns period ends.
    • The shipping cost for returned products from customer to miniletics is borne by the customer.
    • Discounted products cannot be returned.
    • Orders made through Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, Zalora, and other marketplaces should follow their respective regulations.
    • Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

     

    Product Exchange

    Got the unfit size and you need to exchange? Hit us by email or chat and we will help you exchange it.

    Product exchange can be made if you meet these criteria:

    Steps for Product Return and Exchange

    1. Contact us through email or chat to make a product return or product exchange
    2. Fill out the form
    3. Neatly pack the products you want to return or exchange
    4. Send the products to us
    5. We will contact you once we receive the products and proceed with checking the items
    6. Once the checking process is completed, we will do the refund (for returned products) or deliver the product replacement (for exchanged products)

     

    Bazaar / POP-UP Stores

    Products purchased from miniletics events or bazaar can be refunded with store or voucher credit in full amount. We do not provide cash refunds for products purchased at events. If you wish to return something from a pop-up store please contact our Customer Support.
