Product Returns, Refunds, and Product Exchanges Policy
Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer both returns and exchanges for non-sale products within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that final sale, sample sale, or deeply discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason (as agreed upon during the sale).
If you would like to return or exchange your item, please follow these steps:

We will review your request and contact you with further instructions, including sending you a return shipping label if necessary.
Send your package back to us using the provided return shipping label and following the instructions we provide.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return or exchange has been approved.
If approved, we will process your refund or exchange and notify you when it has been completed.
Please note that for exchanges, you will need to specify which item you would like to exchange your original purchase for. If the item you are exchanging for is of greater value than your original purchase, you will need to pay the difference in price. If the item you are exchanging for is of lesser value than your original purchase, we will issue a refund for the difference.
Damages and issues:
We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is approved, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us for further assistance.
